How it works
Drag and drop your logo, text and shapes. Fields like {{FirstName}} and {{Title}} are filled in for each person automatically.
Drop in an Excel or CSV file. The headers in the first row match the fields in your template, and you can also edit the list in the app.
Get an HTML and PNG signature for everyone. Copy one with a click and paste it into your email settings, or download them all as a ZIP.
Features
Smart guides, layers, undo/redo and keyboard shortcuts for pixel-perfect design.
Phone, email, website and social icons like LinkedIn, Instagram and X are clickable in the HTML signature.
Create signatures for dozens or hundreds of people at once. Download a sample spreadsheet, fill it in and upload it back.
If someone has no mobile number, that line is hidden and the rest moves up. Employee photos are matched by file name.
2× and 3× PNG export and vector logos keep your signature sharp on every screen.
Each employee gets a page with their signature, a “Copy signature” button and steps for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail — all in one ZIP.
Privacy
mailimza runs entirely in your browser. Your spreadsheet, your employees’ details and your logos are never uploaded to a server. Your templates are saved only in your browser for next time, and you can download them as a file to continue on another computer. Anonymous visit statistics are collected only if you allow them.
FAQ

Only in your own browser. Your templates, contact list and images are still there the next time you visit. To continue on another computer, download your template and open it there.
On the “Preview & download” screen, click “Copy signature” and paste it in Gmail under Settings → See all settings → Signature. Gmail loads signature images from a web address, so choose “My own server” and enter the address where you’ll host your images in the “Image URL” field and upload the images folder from the ZIP there.
Yes. The HTML signature uses the table layout that email clients support, so it looks the same everywhere. For the most reliable result, host your images at a public web address.
A PNG is a single image: you can add it anywhere, but the phone number and email in it aren’t clickable. An HTML signature looks the same and keeps the links clickable.
