Tips
- Link to your portfolio on Instagram or your website instead of adding project images. Image-heavy signatures can be blocked by some email apps and make messages heavier.
- Your studio’s brand font may not load in every email app. Picking a widely available font in the template keeps the signature looking the same everywhere.
- Include your full studio address, since clients and contractors use it to find you for site meetings.
- Add interns and part-time staff to the same Excel list. Fields they leave empty are hidden, so the minimal layout stays intact.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use my website instead of Instagram for my portfolio?
Yes. The template already has a website field. Leave the Instagram cell empty and the icon won’t appear, so only your website is shown.
Can I add my license or registration number?
This template doesn’t have a separate line for it, but you can add it to your title line. Your licensing board or professional body can tell you if there are rules on how it’s shown.
