Sales email signature template

In sales, every email should move the conversation toward a call. A “Book a meeting” link in your signature lets prospects pick a time themselves instead of trading availability back and forth. This top-banner template puts your brand up front and lays out your contact details clearly.

Tips

  1. Point the meeting link to your personal scheduling page and make the meeting length (for example, 30 minutes) clear on that page.
  2. Skip stacked banners, multiple promos and long taglines. A clean signature keeps attention on your actual message.
  3. For territory or segment-based teams, add each rep’s direct line to the Excel list. Reps without a mobile number simply won’t show that line.
  4. Keep your LinkedIn profile up to date. Prospects often check it right after reading your email.

Frequently asked questions

Can each rep have their own meeting link?

Yes. Add a meeting-link column to your spreadsheet and fill in each rep’s calendar link. Anyone without one won’t see that line.

Will the signature look right on phones?

The template is built with email-friendly HTML. It’s still a good idea to send yourself a test email after setup and check it on your phone.
