Dentist email signature template

Dental offices use email for appointment reminders, treatment plans and billing questions. An appointment link in your signature lets patients book a checkup or cleaning without calling the front desk. This side-panel template brings your practice logo and contact details together neatly.

Tips

  1. Mention your specialty in the title line (for example, “DDS, Orthodontics”) so patients know they’re writing to the right dentist.
  2. Rules on advertising dental services vary by state and country. Check with your dental board or professional association before adding offers or prices to your signature.
  3. Front desk staff and hygienists can use the same template from your Excel list, and their appointment link can point to a shared booking page.
  4. Encourage patients to call rather than email about urgent issues, and keep your phone number clearly visible in the signature.

Frequently asked questions

Can each dentist have their own booking link?

Yes. Put each dentist’s link in the appointment column of your spreadsheet. Staff without a link won’t see that line, and the lines below move up.

Will the signature work in Outlook?

Yes. The template is generated as HTML that works with Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, and each team member’s setup page has step-by-step instructions for those apps.
